Since nearly all our products are customized for each customer, we do not offer a standard refund. If you are unhappy with your products, we would be happy to discuss a mutually beneficial solution. If you are happy, we are happy!

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
